The key to being a successful COO and CFO is your ability to tap other resources in your industry. The networking is invaluable in terms of building relationships.

The conference welcome reception kicks off at 6pm on Wednesday, but there are optional business sessions starting at 3pm for those interested in earning additional CPE credits. Discuss best practices, current trends, and other pressing industry issues within intimate roundtable and general session formats. In addition to the business content, attendees are invited to participate in an afternoon leisure activity on Thursday. The conference concludes on Friday around noon.
John Ondrasik, who goes by Five for Fighting (a five-minute penalty for on-the-ice fist-a-cuffs), burst on the scene with his Grammy Award-nominated hit "Superman (It's Not Easy)," in 2000 and has been a mainstay on mainstream radio ever since.
Ondrasik also uses his music to support causes dear to his heart. He has given away a million copies of a five-volume compilation album he created for United States troops and he has performed regularly for the USO. He has also raised more than $250,000 for five designated charities: Augie's Quest, Autism Speaks, Fisher House Foundation, Save the Children and Operation Homefront. John is also a featured speaker for Ted Talks.
John Ondrasik is an extraordinary musician, as well as a thought-provoking speaker. We were fortunate enough to have him speak and perform on Necker Island and all the guests were captivated by him.
