If you need to reset your password, you may use the Trouble Logging In feature.
Navigation
1. Click the Trouble Logging In? link below the Sign In button.
2. Click I forgot my password.
3. Enter your Username and click Reset my password.
4. An email will be sent to your address on file.
Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure the message was not accidently marked as spam. We recommend you add noreply@bdreporting.com to your address book to ensure delivery of future notification emails.
5. You will need to verify your identity by answering a security question or having an authorization code emailed to you.
6. You can now change your password.
