Anne Randall serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Boston Private. She is responsible for aligning corporate support services with strategic objectives and enabling enterprise-wide performance and productivity improvements. Ms. Randall is a member of the Company’s executive team and also serves on the Board of Directors of Boston Private Bank & Trust Company.
Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Randall was the Chief Operating Officer at Boston Private. In that role, she was responsible for the management and strategic direction of Technology, Operations, and Corporate Real Estate. Ms. Randall has also served as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, and as a member of the Asset/Liability Committee, Executive Loan Committee, and the Bank’s Policy Group.
Prior to joining Boston Private, Ms. Randall worked for KPMG in the Financial Institutions practice, where she led audit engagements for community banks in the New England region.
Ms. Randall is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the Financial Managers Society, and the Boston Club.
