To submit an online request for a loan payoff quote
The Loan Payoff Quote request provides private banking clients a digital option for obtaining a loan payoff quote. If your loan is not listed this loan type is not offered online. Please contact our Loan Servicing department at (800) 619-2946.
The Loan Payoff Quote request can be accessed from the Digital Banking landing page. Select Loan Payoff Quote under the Requests menu. 
Complete the form for the Loan Payoff Quote. The following information is required:
- Loan Account Number
- Desired Payoff Date
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email Address
- Sent to 3rd Party Indicator
- Reason for the Payoff
After the request is successfully submitted your quote will be delivered to the email address specified on the form within the next business day.
To provide a written request for a loan payoff quote
To process your request as quickly as possible, please send a written request including:
- Signed authorization by the borrower(s) listed on the account
- The reason for the payoff
- The date that you prefer the payoff quote be good thru
- The Loan Number
- A return fax number
- Please provide this information with a cover sheet via fax to: 617-912-3708
