First Time Login for Converting Users
These instructions only apply to users who are converting from Online Banking to Digital banking on or after November 13th, 2019. If you are a new client looking to enroll in Digital Banking, please inquire with your Relationship Manager or local banking office.
First Time Login Steps
Step 1 - Navigate to the Login Page and enter your current Online Banking Access Id and Passcode into the Username and Password fields.
Step 2 - Generate a Secure Access Code (SAC)
A SAC is a one-time-use code sent to one of your contact methods on file. Contact points will include any email addresses and telephone numbers from your Online Banking profile that was migrated to Digital Banking.
If you don’t see contact details here that you expect, call the Concierge Desk at (888) 322-2120 for assistance.
Select the desired contact point and a code will be sent via email or SMS message.
Note: the phone number you select must be a US-based, SMS-enabled mobile phone. International phones are not supported.
Step 3 - Retrieve the Secure Access Code
From either your email or mobile phone, retrieve the 8 digit code and enter it on the next screen for verification.
Step 4 - Set a New Password in accordance with the listed requirements
If your SAC entry is successful, you will be prompted to choose a new password to access Digital Banking. The password requirements are listed on the screen.
Step 5 - Choose to Register Your Device
If you register the device, your browser will not require the secure access code at next login. Note: each browser must be registered as a separate device.
Helpful Hint: if you are experiencing repeated requests for a secure access code even after that Browser has been registered, please review the security settings in your browser. They may be set to delete browsing history on Exit.
Step 6 - Accept the Terms & Conditions
If you are a Private Client, you must accept the terms and conditions acknowledgement. Business and Corporate Edition users are covered under the terms acceptance for their company. You may view the terms and conditions at any time at bostonprivate.com/terms.
