Effective May 6th the Positive Pay exception decision cutoff time is being extended to 3:30pm ET / 12:30pm PT.
This change will allow you more time for decisioning. If any items are not decisioned by the new cutoff time they will be defaulted to the "return" or "pay" status based on the instructions indicated on the enrollment form.
